Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Alpha Vector Technology website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Alpha Vector Technology provides cybersecurity consulting, incident response, threat intelligence, managed detection and response, and training services. Specific terms for each service are outlined in individual service agreements and statements of work.
Professional Services
Our services are provided on a professional services basis. We will perform services using qualified personnel exercising reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or that our services will prevent all security incidents.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information disclosed during the course of our engagement. Alpha Vector Technology maintains strict data handling procedures in accordance with SOC 2 Type II standards.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Vector Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Specific liability terms are outlined in individual service agreements.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
